摘要

为制备适用于岩棉生产使用的水性酚醛树脂,通过理论分析和实验总结,研究了甲醛/苯酚(醛/酚)摩尔比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应时间、改性剂和固化剂等因素对水性酚醛树脂制备产生的影响。通过复配优选确定使用某种有机胺类化合物和氢氧化钠作为合成催化剂,在适宜的反应条件下,制备出水溶性良好、不挥发分含量较高、游离醛酚较低的水性酚醛树脂。

Abstract

The title water-based phenolic resin for rock-wool adhesive was prepared by a process of theoretical analysis and experimental summary.The influence of aldehyde/phenol molar ratio,catalyst type,catalyst dosage,reaction time,modifier,curing agent and other factors on the phenolic resin were investigated.The results showed that certain organic amine compound and sodium hydroxide were used as synthesis catalyst,and under suitable reaction conditions,a water-based phenolic resin with good water solubility,high effective solid content,and low free phenol/aldehyde content was prepared.
